Sometimes we need that hands on practical learning when it comes to working our way through the various baby carrier styles.
This workshop is day 2 of our Industry Leading Babywearing Training for Perinatal Professionals.
We are opening up this day to those who are already part of our online course but would like the hands on experience also.

What will we cover:

• The 5 carrier styles : Ring Slings, Buckle Carriers, Woven Wraps, Stretchy Wraps, and Meh Dais
• Each style we will demonstrate, then show you how to teach. All participants will then practice each carrier with hands on support and advice.
• We will role play instructing a parent how to set up each style
• Cover the most common concerns from parents on each style and how to get them the best outcomes
• How to breastfeed safely in which styles

Kellie will also go over a couple of extra woven wrap back and hip carries and how to teach this style of carrying.

This workshop is great too as you will see over 30 different brands of carriers, wraps, and slings all currently on the market. Get a feel for how each one works by testing them out in person!

We will also have a photographer at the event taking photos of you fitting carriers that can then be used for your social media and wesbite.

Morning Tea, Lunch, and Afternoon Tea provided.

Babes in arms – Your toddler or baby is welcome at our event if suitable babysitting can’t be arranged. We have a large indoor and outdoor space for them to play alongside you. We also have quiet spaces for them to have a nap if needed.
