Refund and Returns Policy

Australian Babywearing Association – Training Refund Policy

Refunds

The Australian Babywearing Association is committed to providing high-quality education and supporting students throughout their learning journey.

As our training is delivered digitally, enrolment provides immediate access to intellectual property, course materials, videos, downloadable resources and learning activities.

Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds for change of mind once a student has accessed the course content.

Before Course Access

Students who have enrolled but have not accessed any course materials may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. An administration fee may apply to cover payment processing and enrolment costs.

Partial Course Completion

Where a student has accessed or completed a substantial portion of the course, refunds will generally not be provided. This includes situations where videos have been viewed, downloadable resources have been accessed, assessments have commenced, or a significant proportion of the course has been completed.

Certification

Certification is issued once all course requirements have been successfully completed. Choosing not to complete the course or submit assessments does not, of itself, entitle a student to a refund.

External Requirements

The Association provides education and certification in babywearing. External requirements imposed by insurers, employers, government agencies or other third parties may change from time to time and are outside the Association’s control.

While we endeavour to keep students informed of significant developments and actively advocate for recognition of our training, changes made by third parties do not automatically give rise to a refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies a student may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, refunds, replacements or other remedies will be provided.

Requests

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to the Australian Babywearing Association and will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
